Robert Halperin

A member of the Overton team since 1984, Robert handles a diverse collection of our high-volume, heavily-regulated product lines. Versed in jewelry, precious stones, antiques, perfume and cosmetic packaging parts, Robert also does most of our Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) work as well.

He works with Fish & Wildlife and Food and Drug, providing value-add for our clients whose products require release from multiple government agencies. Robert also handles ISF filings, all manners of in-bond movement (IT, T&E, IE) and RLF entries.

Our lead person for technical issues, Robert set up our domain, email system, client web access, remote employee access and other connectivity projects. Our elimination of paper document retention is thanks to Robert’s efforts in creating and maintaining our digital document scanning and storage system. His other day-to-day responsibilities include IT issues and company-wide compliance.
