Howard Woltmann

Howard is the President of Overton and Company. He began his career in the industry in 1980 and joined Overton in 2001.  Howard has had his Customs broker license since 1991 and his knowledge includes all aspects of Customs brokerage, domestic and international logistics and transportation.

For more than twenty years he has been an active member of both the local and national Customs broker and freight forwarder trade associations.  In New York, he has served every officer position including two terms as President of the JFK Airport Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association.  His service with the JFK CB&FFA includes terms as a member of their board of directors and currently chairs their Customs Committee.

Nationally, he represents Area 2 on the NCBFAA Board of Directors which covers JFK Airport, New York and New Jersey.
